    If it helps at all, heres a screenshot of the error I get when I try and start the Windows Update service.

    Thank you for all of the help, sorry that it was such a mess. I have run malwarebytes and adware cleaner. Adware cleaner cleared a few items. Malwarebytes did not. here are those fresh log files. Thank you and sorry again.

    Alright, so. I ran that, computer seems nice and fast as well as being able to shut down without any BSODs. However, still am unable to update windows or any Microsoft store applications.. :/

    to add to this, I just installed Avast and it scanned my computer. Quarantined a bunch of stuff, and my pc now can shut down and restart at its leisure. However, Windows updates are still not working. I went into services to check if Windows Update Properties was on automatic. and it was set to...

    Title. It's been a month, every shutdown causes a blue screen. As well as I can't install any Windows updates. They all get stuck on 0 percent and then error out.
