    I'm afraid I don't have any on hand so I wouldn't know. Yes, I was using it for some Gaming when my Laptop's battery ran out, then when I tried to log in it did there was an update. I updated and then it started not working.

    Well so far I've tried Uninstalling the keyboards and the mouse Scanning for updates (yielded nothing) Deleting the upper and lower files Searching for anything in my keyboard This is where I bought it from if that helps. Thank you by the way.
