    I fixed it by cleaning inside of a fan and oiling it. I have 1 more question, how can i test and compare my used gpu to a new one to see how much performance it lost

    I dont think they can be disconected, it's a weird noise only happening sometimes Its like scratching, knocking sound. It honestly might be wear for age because it atleast 2 years old Thank you for your help

    I just bought a gigabyte rtx 2070 and one of the fans makes a really weird noise I run "big" programs on my pc. Also is there any way for me to compare stats from a new gpu to mine

    I have not checked my gpu temp I checked in pcpartpicker and my pc uses around 400wats and my psu is 800. That would be more more then enough to run smooth Im 80% certain something is wrong with the software I don't know what hardware piece would be causing this issue since i replaced a mobo...

    It started maybe a month ago. I bought it as a prebuilt 3+ years ago I dont know if this is connected to my problem, anyways i went into my room and heard a really loud noise comming from my pc, so i restarted it and everything seemed normal and few hours later i found out about the problem...

    When i reinstalled windows i used the option to delete all my apps but leave my documents. Yes i had that issue immediately

    I enabled safe mode with networking and after opening few tabs on google i can hear the psu fan spin faster so i think it still has "high power usage"went into task manager but cant enable the option called energy use

    A loud psu fan is not a problem. The problem is that literally every program i open is using "very high energy" in task manager I havent tried booting in safe mode, gonna do that rn
