    Solved some heat-related problems

    Hello ,I recently upgraded my i3 6100 to i5 11400F(H510 mb) and i've been having some heat-related issues. My CPU temp is around 36-42C when idle( I use a DeepCool gammax cooler), but whenever i open programs(Google etc.) it ,very briefly, goes up by 5-7C and comes back down. when running games...
