    Help to reset a laptop

    Hello everyone... newbie here. I have been given a Dell laptop from a friend and want to completely reset it, the reason being it was his old works laptop and it defaults to the companies login page at start up. Also they have disabled all the F2 bios setup settings so cant reset it that way...
