Hello

First of all, i know next to nothing about computers

And here are my specs. I bought my PC back in late 2021:

Asus B560M-K Prime motherboard

SPARKLE Intel Arc B580 TITAN OC

Intel® CoreTM i5-11400F Processor

Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM

Kingston 1TB A2000 M.2 NVMe SSD

PSU Corsair CX550M 550W

I have recently "upgraded" from a 2060 6gb dual to the intel arc b580. At first i didn't even notice a dirrence in the low spec games. But in cyperpunk and red dead 2, i run an average of about 30 fps. With my 2060 i ran completely fine. Could it be something that i am missing? Is there some setting or whatever i've forgotten to enable? I have already sold my old graphics card.

If you check the GPUs spec tab here you will find that your PSU specs do not meet the minimum requirements stated by Sparkle.

Your build needs a minimum of a 600W or above Gold efficiency rated PSU from one of the following, Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower, seven year warranty minimum but preferably ten.
