I bought a pc of someone. It worked perfectly fine until it was a delivered to my house. Everything is sat right, it’s all plugged in but there’s absolutely no lights on the motherboard indicating that something wrong, the psu fan is turning properly so I know there’s power going on but the rest of the fans (barring the graphics card) are turning once or twice before stopping. The power button is flashing every 5 seconds indicating it’s in sleep mode but nothing is coming up on the monitor.

*NOTE* it’s caked in dust so I’m gonna give it a clean out in morning and see if that works. Any suggestions would be a big help but I’m not bit on compute lingo

If the dust is bad, I'd also recommend taking each component off the motherboard and wiping their circuitry, contact pins, and motherboard slot with a soft bristled brush.
