    Looking for a specific site that seems to have slipped my mind.. I swear it was called charms and allows you to browse any OS or browser.

    Nope :(. It basically let you pick for example Windows 7. You then see a pic of Windows 7 with indicators. Click the start indicator and it shows you the start menu.
