    Hello again. After a few days of struggling with the case i think i have found the problem. Problem is with my motherboard temp sensors. They are broke and shows a extremly high temp so it cause a thermal throttling. And when i tap on the top of the case it makes the sensors to work correctly...

    I dont think computer would start if cpu is not sitting correctly. But when i changed thermal paste i removed it and installed it again. And sockets are fine. Problem won't solve by sockets i was wrong. And no it wont work. I think i need to test my cpu with another motherboard or another cpu...
