    OK...So first off, thanks to those who chimed in and tried to help. I REALLY appreciate your time. I fixed the issue like this... Restarted and crashed Windows three times to bring up the Repair menu. Restored to two weeks ago... In closing, Windows 10, now I'm going to eat pie.

    So I got into BIOS, it was delete then F12 I had to hit... I don't see anything about restoring however...Where would I look for that?

    Correct, just tried it make sure. A green light on the keyboard lit up for a second but then went out. I kept hitting F2 all through boot and nada.

    Hi and thanks for the welcome. The system came with win 10 pre installed so I don't have a disk USB stick wouldn't work since ports won't work.
