    Thanks, the comp opened fine this AM. When i type in PowerShell ISE it opens automatically. I dont see OPEN or a down arrow. OK, i right clicked on powershell and it has run as admin.

    I just did a restart and it came back on just fine. Should i try the powershell again or leave it alone? Thanks for the help. I dont see run as admin anywhere. I will leave as is unless you advise otherwise.

    Just to be clear when i pulled up this screen it was already on OFF. I didnt do that so i assume it was set on off when the bitblocker problem started after the update.

    Would the update i did cause it? Right after i did the last update and selected update and restart is when the bitblocker thing started.

    I am not worried at all about my comp being stolen. What is powershell ISE and where do i find it? If i turn it off the comp will start correctly? Thanks

    It has a box that says Bitblocker cant fully open or something like that and then above that it has a box that say Press Y to fully open TPM and press N to partially open. When i press Y it then opens and works. It all started right after i did an update a few days ago. Thanks.

    I was reading thru some other threads to find some helpful info. Did my speccy report show any high temps? I need to figure out how to open the comp and get the dust out eventually. Should i make a new thread on that in the future?
