I really don't find it necessary to share anything about me. If you are reading this then you already know that I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to computers. I like fixing things. But this one is a doozy and I don't have the patience for others stupidity but since I have a heart I will help where help is needed (like with my friends computer), fix something that is broken, and clean where there is a mess.
