    my PSU is the XTC600, i do not know how old is it as my brother was the one who built it i'll try to update my bios, though i have limited knowledge on the guide telling me to remove my hard drives

    Here it is. Note that I have reset my PC once again and installed the 8GB, but I have experienced another BSOD today.

    Apologies for not responding for 2 days. My computer keeps on freezing, and shutting down and shuts down repeatedly and it won't let me do the task, I tried not using it for 2 days then it still doesn't work.
