    service tag : 6P6GYJ3 dell inspiron 15 3515 would it be a good idea to restore the laptop to factory settings and wipe everything and start a fresh ? i use dual monitors for work . one monitor is purely to use parsec so i can connect to my home PC to stream video ( i am abroad at the moment )...

    thanks very much @phillpower2 i have changed it to small memory dump from automatic i have attached the mini dumps, but i don't think any of the dates of the files are from the latest crash , but i's possible they may contain something from precious kernel power problems
