    Hi Evan, the PSU is an XFX 80+ 750w, no overclocking and yes the issues only started as soon as i replaced the 970 with the 980 ti, dunno if its worth mentioning but I installed a new oculus rift at the same time as i put the card in, all my drivers are up to date
