    Do I switch it while the PC is on? Do I switch it while the GPU is plugged in? And none of the local shops work with GPU's , they just do diagnostics for the whole PC, so that isn't really a solution.

    I tried resetting BIOS by choosing load default options, cause that was the only option and it didn't help. Also, I've tried the DVI port on the RX 580 when I was trying it on the other setup and that didn't change anything. So the card probably is just broken, right?

    I get video from the integrated gpu, even when the RX 580 is connected, just when I plug the HDMI cable in the RX 580, the screen is black.

    Lol, is it that bad? I got it installed at a PC repair shop like 3 or 4 years ago, when my PC wasn't turning on and they said this their best one lol. But about the GPU - I tried it on another setup and still the same problem - black screen. If it is completely killed, wouldn't it just not turn...
