After I boot up it asks for the Window 7 login info. I'm not sure how to reset to factory settings so I haven't tried that. I didn't check the colour of the USB port. Is there a specific colour that I should be looking for? -

The computer is running Windows 7 and I did make a bootable USB stick and run the compute rwith it plugged in. When I go to the bios I don't see any options to change boot priority at all. Really not sure what to do now. I also can't login because I don't have the password. -

Yeah, I'm running in 32 bit mode and I ran the scan and repair option. Still crashing all the time. My computer mostly crashes while I play SC2 but also when I browse the web and watch videos. -
