You would think txt would be an allowed extension. Can you zip up the file? Perhaps that will work. The Process Explorer log shows Windows Defender is using up too much CPU. Perhaps it is running a scan? Some version of ZA would replace Defender with malware. Start FRST, Put MsMpEng.exe...- rkinner

Overnight is too long. Stop it and see if there is a log file. Usually it's at C:\combofix.txt or C:\Combofix\combofix.txt You may need to reboot to regain control of your PC. Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs. If you see anything from Yahoo, click on it and uninstall. Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced, Reset, Reset.
