    im taking it into a internet cafe and they should be able to isolate the problem to specific parts. ill edit the original post when a conclusion is made

    sorry i meant that i had removed it. i will get my hands on some isopropyl and clean my motherboard before purchasing any possible parts. although i feel like the zap sound may have been a part dying

    it only runs out of control when the gpu is plugged in but i did a cmos reset so its really weird. im almost certain the motherboard is dead. although i have 24hrs until ill order parts
