    I really don‘t know if it was damaged before hand i got it for a really high price but i will buy a 700 w evga psu with silver efficiency rating i hope this will solve my problem

    Basically my after i bought my parts i saw that the used gtx 980 ti had 93 degrees so i repasted and now it crashes even with low degrees here is a video tried fixing it for 8 hours straight even did a clean install same problem I would appreciate any help.
