    Thank you for all of your help unfortunately I couldn’t get it to start the Windows Start recovery mode and gave up trying in the end, I have had to switch to another computer in order to work. Appreciate your efforts in helping me.

    Sadly it’s just going around in circles, it tests, confirms there are no problems, tries to reboot and then back to the support assist page again

    Hi, I am trying to start my laptop but it just won’t boot. I have tried pressing f2 in order to review the bios settings with some guidance but nothing we have tried makes any difference. I just get the black dell screen up and no noise to suggest the lap top is trying to start up. Any help...
