    Trouble with windows after power outage

    I did a repair from within Windows. I'm thinking it may be fixed if Windows is reinstalled from an external disk/drive. Thoughts? Running 'sfc /scannow' while in safe mode says that there are corrupt files but they are unable to be repaired.
