    Nothing is working, I'm sure it's my own fault as I'm not very good with computers. I It's time for an upgrade anyway so I'll just wipe the computer and upgrade to windows 10. Very thankful for all the help :^)

    Is it just this one that you need or do you need all of the logs in the folder? There is one called Repair_Windows_Updates that is too large to to link

    I did the clean boot and all of the steps and then the repair but the windows updates are still failing.

    I've tried updating windows but it keeps failing, I ran windows update troubleshooter and it says that it's working but the updates continue to fail installing.
