    Have also tried uninstalling steam re-downloaded it all but still shows it running for a few secs but the game does not load is there anything else we can try

    Tried the clean boot, shows that the game is running for 10 seconds but does not load still

    Nothing comes up no error code now, the loading symbol appears by the mouse cursor then after about 20 seconds the option to start the game becomes available again we will try the clean boot now. thanks

    The game is destiny 2, it worked fine until an in game update now he gets the error code I mentioned before, the game runs through steam I believe
