    1. no, this is not new drive 2. just right click and then i select initialize, them the answer is like my first screenshoot 3.this is my disk management full screenshoot some source said i still not lose my data now, is that right?

    i see, im sorry, well i have custom pc build using i3 9100F, RX 570 4GB with 8GB RAM, i use windows 10, by the way that is a problem in my external hdd, well i try to initialize but what happen is data error cyclic redudancy check, sorry for my bad english
