@rusty Thank you for all support and help , I think I fix the issues...I have disamble my laptop and cleaned all dirt and dust ... Aparantly asus keyboard connected by 2 plate of some kind aluminum or metal (not like desktop keyboard) ..so when we press any button on keyboard the first plate... -

I've downloaded all of them from internet (WinRAR,driver and windows OS) I'll try to disamble the laptop part to try to clean it maybe there's dust or dirt that causing the del or tilde button going crazy ...and if that not work I'll try bios update... I'm convinced that it wasn't caused by... -

Yes...windows 7 ultimate ...after finished installing,computer went normal (the first booting after finished installing os) But after restarting (once I finished installing necessary driver and software) , the issue coming back ...it delete or "end" process (if I go to task manager) anything... -
