    No, both graphics card are inside the laptop, they were both pre-installed. I assume one of them is at the front of the laptop near my mouse pad, as that area becomes extremely hot when the laptop is in high performance. The main fan isn't near there though.     I have not checked inside my Laptop as I'm not sure how to. As for fans running, I only have two on the outside, however one runs more effectively than the other but as a result gets a lot hotter.
