    Yes, that is one of the procedures I did which resets the password for BIOS to factory.. I also reset the RTC. Service tag # 7QB6L02

    I just did a RTC reset (Pressed and held the power button for 30 seconds) and it did nothing. Tried it several times.

    Are you referring to when I did the jumper procedure? If so, it was password reset. That is the only procedure I came across.

    Power off power on F12 does nothing. During startup, the power button lights up (no apparent color) and stays lit with no blinking or color change. There is another light that flashes a cylindrical shape which I assume is a disc drive detection. If I unplug the C drive, that light does not flash.

    I have keyboard, mouse, monitor and ethernet connected. C drive only. No splash screen.

    I did the battery removal and power discharge procedure and there was no change in behavior. Still nothing.

    Never mind. I found it. It was under the graphics card that needs to be removed to gain access. Thanks again.

    Yes I have boot drive data. I still have my C drive. I also have recovery files on thumb drive and also windows 10 full version disc. None of them do anything . I cannot enter Bios. Nothing happens when I press F2.

    Hi, I have a Dell Desktop Optiplex 7010 running Win 10. Recently got BSOD but after rebooting several times I was able to get it running. It then crashed again before I could get everything backed up. When trying to boot, the Dell logo would come up but it would error and try to reboot and cycle...
