Solved home page misalignment
My home page, which is the google page, is out of alignment. It aligns itself with about 1/2 inch of space to the left and I cannot access my right 1/2 inch of the screen. I have tried restart, etc .- glendot

I was trying to export the favorites list but my favorites list doesn't have an export choice. So I surfed around trying to find out how to do that when, viola, I clicked on chrome and it came up fine! Don't know what caused it but Ill take it. Guess *** was shining down on me. So all is fine... -

Thanks, Bruce. Sounds like you are a real techie. But I will leave well enough alone for now at least. Everytime I make changes I get in trouble, even though I'm sure your suggestions are good. Any more bad stuff with this computer and it goes out the window! -

Yes, Using my Avg browser, I managed to create another account on skype using another email address I have. (ATT.net instead of gmail). It works. As for the google chrome browser, I went to the google site and can use the google browser from there, as oppose to the google browser inherent in my... -

Thanks for the reply. I thought it was suspicious that they wanted me to pay. I will try again to download it. As for removing/reinstalling chrome, I think my email contacts would disappear if I remove chrome. It sees to be part of chrome? -

What started this all off was I was trying to get on to Skype but Microsoft wanted me to register with them to do that, When I tried to register with Microsoft I got into the problem with getting the secret code. I got that solved by using multiple tabs as you guys suggested and got all the way... -

I have google chrome browser but it is currently broken. When I click it on I get a server error wsith complicated instructions on how to fix it but it's way over my head. The AVG was put in by a pc repair guy when he removed a virus years ago. -
