    Update: Tried removing both RAM sticks and using one at a time and trying different slots, no avail. I forgot to mention, it's boots into Windows Recovery mode.

    I have tried the original SATA cable (the one that was working originally) and another one (different cable and different port). Ubantu on the USB won't even boot either, so is it a problem with the drive, if both Hard Drive (Windows) and USB (Ubantu) aren't booting?

    Sorry Philip! Yes, I reinstalled Windows on the hard disk and it still wasn't booting up, so I booted externally from a laptop using a hard disk docking station, it booted just fine.
