    I have tried a few times in the bios, changing one or two things, but the option to boot up to the usb was never offered for me to select. I never could get it to boot to usb.

    I entered Bios. It had a side bar note that to boot to usb, I was to go to the Advanced tab >> and disable Fast Bios Mode. After that, I went back to the Boot tab.     I got to the step to open the ISO setup, but it started the Windows 10 process and a small window came up with the message "Modern Setup Host has stopped working". Windows then closed the program. I was hopeful.

    Ok: I don't have the Windows key handy. It's not on the laptop case. Where can I find it? What folder do I place the chipset drivers? And, I have no idea what RAID drivers are. Sorry about that.

    I downloaded all drivers except for all manuals and guides. There appears to be two identical drivers for Qualcomm Atheros WLAN. Same version and size. Can I delete one of them, or do I need both?

    Had a problem. Used the link you posted and tried the Media Creation Tool. Everything seemed to go well until it was ready to install. It had finished step 9, and this notice popped up: Modern Setup Host Modern Setup Host has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working...

    I recently received a laptop that was never upgraded from Win 8. I need to upgrade it to Win 10 at least. My first question is: Do I have to upgrade to Win 8.1 first?
