Mini, Side, HD Monitor?

Hi,
I am looking for a mini monitor to have along side my main monitor.
Nothing to big, around 7" to 15", but all of them seem to include touchscreen.
I would just like the screen with it’s input.
I would prefer it to be HDMI, but VGA is fine too.
Preferably within the budget of £20.

My budget was £20-ish, and $100 is way too much for that, considering my monitor was £100-ish.

Just need a small side screen, but not too small.
