1️⃣ Create Your Own Thread

If you’re seeking help, always create your own support thread.
Posting your issue inside someone else’s thread can cause confusion and make it harder for our team to assist both users effectively.

✅ Do: Start a new thread in the correct section describing your issue in detail.

🚫 Don’t: Reply to another member’s support thread with your own problem.

This helps us keep support organized and ensures that your issue receives the attention it deserves.

2️⃣ No Spam or Advertising

Spamming and advertising are not allowed and will result in an immediate ban.
Posting external links is fine when they are relevant to the discussion or assist in solving a member’s issue.

✅ OK: “To download Spotify, visit http://www.spotify.com.”

🚫 NOT OK: “Visit my website at http://www.spammysite.com.”

Use discretion when linking to outside sources. Links should be safe, on-topic, and non-commercial.

3️⃣ Don’t Use Chat for Support

Our chat is for casual conversation only.
If you need technical help, please create a new thread in the appropriate forum section.
This ensures your issue is properly documented, searchable, and visible to our Tech and Malware Teams.
