Keyboard can't detect on PC, I've tried all USB ports and it's still not detecting it, tested with an external HDD and mouse in each port, and everything works, except the keyboard.
The keyboard has been tested on another laptop/pc and it can work

Motherboard Asrock H81M-VG4
Processor i3 4130
Vga Gigabyte gtx 750
Ram 8gb DDR3 Single Channel

Thanks

and those two keyboards, do they come in either USB cable or wireless options?

and you have tried your keyboard in another USB port on your PC, a USB2 and a USB3 port?
what about via a USB hub?

All cable, Currently not trying via USB hub
Already tried on all port too, do I need to set something on bios?

nothing in BIOS.
in there you could play with USB settings, but you know they are working from connecting other devices in them.

so this keyboard, it's new or had always been working previously?

Been working previously

have you gone into Device Manager and uninstalled the current keyboard driver, rebooted the Pc and let Windows reinstall it?

if that doesn't help, try these from an elevated command prompt;
  • chkdsk c: /r
  • sfc /scannow
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase
that's on the assumption your Windows has gone pear shaped.
if still, no luck, I would be doing a Reset this PC and Keep my files.

I will try it later, but even in bios my keyboard are not working too

the two keyboards you have, work in another PC, but none you have tried are now working in your PC?
can you get your hands on any others to test further?

how are you getting into BIOS without a keyboard?

I entered the bios through Windows settings

Ah - that way.
using Recovery to get into ASO (advanced startup options) then using that to get into UEFI firmware (BIOS).
cool backdoor to remember if your keyboard isn't detected!

as to the USB hub, can't say for sure, throwing ideas out there and seeing what sticks. :)

@Ridho Hauzan - any news?
the only other suggestion I would have is to reload Windows - big hammer admittedly, but other choices are narrowing down.
my keyboard is back to work, but sometimes it suddenly disconnects and has to be removed and reinserted Again
And when it suddenly disconnected I checked the device manager and found a problem with the Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with error code 43 Like here

try connecting it to another USB hub, that is, not simply the next door USB port, as that would be on the same bus lane on the motherboard.

if plugged in the back, move to the front - and vice-versa.

But only the back usb port can work, the front port doesn't work
