Hello...

I'm currently on Windows 8 Pro at the moment but I want to go down to Windows 7. (Don't ask for the reasoning because you wouldn't understand.)
I have a good ISO for Windows 7 and I used Rufus so it would be on my USB, my usb is a 64Gb aswell. Anyway, one day I tried to go downgrade and everything went successful until I downloaded a application I used multiple times on Windows 10 & Windows 8.1. The name is "Driver Booster". I used it so I didn't have to just do everything manual, also pointing out it was already 10Pm. So I tried to use that application and while it was scanning my drivers, all of the sudden my keyboard and mouse both turned off at the same time. I thought it just was a random outage or something so I just took out the keyboard and mouse and changed them to completely fresh ones. Still nothing, no glow ups or anything so I just put the old ones I had at first back and still nothing, I found out it didn't read my USB either because I had my folder open, too. All I want is to find out what I have to do so I could just go back to Windows 7, thank you.

Here is my pc specs.

From my experience any and all of those “driver updater” programs are complete snake oil and should be avoided at all cost.
If they aren’t simply malware injectors then they get it wrong more often than not and I think your situation falls into this category.
Why not try the downgrade and NOT use driver booster?

I tried that already, when it's done installing and tells me to make a user name and password the keyboard and mouse just turnoff. I just want to know what I should do to fix it, I dislike Windows 8 and 10 a lot. I don't know if I should just try to get whole new computer or maybe a new Hard Drive. Thanks for yelling me about Driver Booster though, I'll never download it again.

how old is the rig?
any chance you have a PS/2 keyboard and/or mouse? (and the port on the mobo)
the USB drivers will be on the motherboard drivers installation CD, so either dig that out and download the drivers from the mobo's web site.

I literally put all my parts in this year.
No I don't have a PS/2 Keyboard nor mouse. And the case I have doesn't have a CD tray.

You have just learnt the hard way the results of getting drivers from who knows where, yes I've done it too with similar results. NEVER EVER get any drivers except through the manufacturers sites.

If you can't use any means to boot to windows and remove whatever drivers you have installed, including through safe mode, and you don't hav a windows boot/repair disc, then the best way would be to boot to your usb install media and start afresh.

THEN BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM.

BTW: no need to quote previous posts please

I'm so sorry but everything you just typed gave me a headache, I'll just say I don't know what to do with whatever you said.
