Here are the list of problems/symptoms.

  1. It takes a really, really, really long time to boot. Way longer than it should considering its a 7800X3D with an NVME SSD boot drive.
  2. 90% of the times when the PC does boot, regardless of speed, the PC doesnt get any internet. The network adapter doesnt work. If I go to devices connected to the computer, the network adapter straight up doesnt show up.
  3. When the network adapter doesnt work, my 6 TB HDD also doesnt show up. Its like both the HDD and the network adapter got disconnected.
  4. The 10% of the times that my PC DOES boot with internet/network adapter, there is a 50% chance that the adapter and HDD stops working after about 20-60 minutes. At that point, if i go to devices, the network adapter DOES show up but it says it stopped working due to power failure or something like that.
  5. During the 10% of the times that my PC does boot up properly, there is another chance that it starts randomly freezing and crashing and then gets a BSOD with either a kernel error or an IRQL Not less or equal error.
  6. Sometimes my PC doesnt get display and i have to remove the DP cable from my GPU and plug it into my mobo's native DP port to get display and then switch the cable back to GPU after PC gets display. Then I just have to worry about the network adapter and impending BSOD.

So overall there is a very small chance that my computer turns on correctly and keeps working correctly until i shut my PC down.

These problems have been occuring for over 5 months now, i bought it like 7-8 months ago. I tried reinstalling windows, it keeps the PC working for about a couple of days but then it quickly detoriorates. I followed some advice online and tried reseting Network Adapter, tried discharging the capacitors, etc etc, nothing worked. Only reinstalling windows works for a couple of days.

    My PC specs
    Gigabyte Aorus Master X670E Mobo
    AMD 7800X3D Processor
    AMD 7900XTX GPU
Samsung 980 Pro SSD (boot drive)
    Seagate Barracuda 6 TB HDD
Corsair Dominator Platinum 32 GB RAM
Corsair iCue H150i Elite Capellix AIO

    Thanks for the help.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy ( free ) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
