Hi All,
I built my PC 3-4 years ago, and just recently (~1 month ago) started to encounter some issues. Of course these issues did arise post BIOS update, though I also was tweaking some BIOS settings post update (xmp1, secure boot). I cannot nail down any specific settings or scenarios, but have noticed a few trends, plus ultimately do know I am not getting the most out of my PC at the moment.

Issues / things I've encountered:
- Cannot wake up my PC from sleep. This is not a huge issue for me as I do keep my sleep setting on 'never', but nonetheless this became apparent post BIOS update as my sleep setting seems to have reverted to x minutes.
- Intermittently cannot boot to windows / get stuck in BIOS w/ BOOT light on MB.
- Intermittently freezes (no response & cannot move anything. Sometimes preluded by choppiness / stuttering)
- More frequent freezes when trying to use all (3) of my monitors
- More frequent freezes when xmp1 is enabled
Specs:
- PSU - Corsair SF750

- Updated BIOS ~1 month ago to - 7C91v1I1(Beta version) - had updated since initial build
- CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
- RAM - 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz - CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO Series
