Hi everyone. so i have a XLR microphone (Blue ember) that is connected to a Scarlett solo 3rd gen. and the Scarlett which my mic is connected to IS being recognized by my PC and its shows up in device manager, but when i try to talk, there is no voice activity. now i know the mic is working because with my audio interface that is the Scarlett solo, you can directly monitor your audio through your headphones and i can hear myself just fine when i do that, but when i go on Discord and get in a call with my friends, there is no voice activity being detected, or when i go into the settings app on Windows 10 and go to microphone, there also is no voice activity being detected. now i have had this issue before where Discord was not getting any voice activity because ANOTHER app was using my microphone and not letting any other apps use it, but this time windows is not telling me that there is ANYTHING using my mic this time. the little white mic symbol that usually shows up at the bottom corner of the taskbar that appears to tell you what apps are utilizing your mic is not showing up, nothing is using my mic so there isnt anything taking my mic away from other apps. i have tried to update drivers for my Audio interface and they're all up to date. i have not uninstalled the drivers, but i did that last time and that didn't help. So im just really confused and have tried pretty much everything, make there's something blocking my voice activity for some reason. i would really appreciate the help guys. it's really annoying to deal with because i can't talk with anyone
