I need help fixing my PC, when I turn it on, its on for one second then off the next second. Idk what's going on I'm just trying to fix it and put it to use, please help me figure this out! (Brand name is gateway) IMG_20191129_183200.jpg

Not quite sure what you are asking.. With the pc powered down and then push the power button for about 10 secs.. Look inside the case and should see a coin (quarter) size battery on the the mobo.. Take that out without bending any of the tabs. Replace that battery with the same model number listed on the battery.
 
Yep,that is where your cmos battery goes.. It probably is a CR2032 lithium coin cell .. Check your model # on that gateway to double check..
