Hi, I have been noticing horizontal lines on youtube, in a still shot everything is fine but when there is movement in the video it looks like this:

I don't get any issues when playing games though, here are my specs
Intel® Core™ i7-10750H Processor
RAM: 16 GB / Storage: 512 GB SSD
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB
MSI Stealth GS66 15.6

I also have the latest drivers, any thoughts? thanks
