Hello!
I have a computer I ordered pre-built back in 2018ish. My specs are below this post. I noticed about 4 months ago that my computer started randomly blue screening while playing any game regardless of graphical requirements. After it crashed once, I rebooted and it started to crash while just watching Youtube in the background. After about 2 weeks, it went back to normal for about a month. Then it started again only this time it only crashed individual games with a few BSOD here and there. I took it to GeekSquad and they recommended I changed the power supply. It was a pre-built PC with an off-brand PSU, so I changed that out myself for a Corsair RM 750x. Ran it with the new PSU for about a week with absolutely no problems. Out of nowhere, it started to crash games and my computer again. It also gave out a BSOD once while I was on zoom for work 2 weeks ago, which was a first. At this point, I have no idea if it is the graphics card, the SSD, the HDD, or literally anything in the case or software. I'm not sure if this information is relevant, but the computer is on the floor (heard not to do that online, but there is no space on my desk). On the last 3 blue screens, I got the following error codes...
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
What failed: win32kbase.sys
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
What failed: win32kbase.sys
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
(I did not get the chance to read what failed on this one.)
Any help would be appreciated, and I can give any additional information needed!
