    Solved PC won't boot but fans are!!

    I've just build my first computer and it all got fine; I've installed Windows and I could finally use it. After that, I opened the Bios to boost at the max mhz the rams (obv my motherboard support that mhz) but after activating the xmp profile, saving and resetting, when the pc should have...
