    Packet Burst in MW3

    -yes i'm using an ethernet cable. -drivers and windows are up to date. -ive tried everything from port forwarding to changing dns servers and any other "fix" out there including in my settings. -as you can see my cpu and gpu times are fine, latency is fine but the packet burst still persists...
