    Inconsistent boots

    Hi, Just built two towers, using 12400's on an Asus B660 mATX board. Both consistently start (fans), but there is inconsistent video/USB power output (front and back panel). When I tried to put windows media on them it got halfway through the final check twice, one time the tower completely...
