    pc keeps powering on and off and wont properly start up

    pc literally wont boot up. it turns on for 2 seconds then powers off for 5, and repeats. ive turned turned off psu for a bit and turned it back on, same issue. it wont let me attach the 3 second clip here so thats bs

    PC randomly power off

    I received my 3070 built pc with an 850 pcu from EVOLVE and its been shutting off at random, either under load or idle. Temp never exceeded 63°C and my brother and I did find and repair 4 corrupted drivers. Now it refuses to power up from the start. Please help.
