    Issues after trying to reset computer

    I was trying to factory reset my Lenovo PC in order to wipe all of my files and personal data from it so that I could resell it to make some extra money, but I accidentally unplugged it while it was trying to reinstall windows 10 and now the screen just keeps telling me to click ok to restart...

    Solved Can download some programs but then unable to install them

    Although I can usually download programmes with Firefox and then install them there are some that will not install such as Adobe Flash or Whatsapp for Windows. They download OK but no window appears to click install. When I click on the downloads folder the exe file appears but clicking on it...
