    Solved Trying to backup files from hard drive that Windows cant read.

    I'd like some help on how to backup my files from a hard drive that can be detected by windows. This red arrow on disk management shows up and I cant initialize disk, an error about "I/O device error" shows up. I've come to the conclusion that maybe the hdd is dead and I want to save the files...

    How to best back up iphone / iCloud?

    Hi all. I am using 1TB of storage of my 2TB apple iCloud. I do not like having one back up facility - I would like to back up to my external HD as well as another cloud-based version but there seem to be so many options. Can anyone offer some tried and tested ways, please?
