If your wifi keeps dropping for no apparent reason, call your provider and ask them if your wifi is on at there end. I came across this not to long ago and i found out it was not for some reason. Sure you get wifi, why make this statement,it seems that the wifi runs as a default some U.S. gov standard i think, but is not setup to be on all the time...so you know.

Down here in Aus we are supposed to be getting a new wonderful "NBN" internet service that successive governments have made a total mess of. The government is also paying the two major telephone and internet providers to dismantle their existing services, giving the government a handy little monopoly.

Ever since the NBN has been slowly dragging nearer I've been playing a game with my current provider. My service seems to not so irregularly slowly drops in speed until I ring India to inquire about it. Bingo, all of a sudden I get what I paid for and the cycle starts again. Think I'm becoming too cynical for this world.

Yes my current provider will be able to connect me to the NBN when it arrives:whistle:
