When I click on the Windows logo or the Cortana button, nothing appears. This also happens when I click on the windows key.

What happens when you right click on some thing?

I have this software on my pc called Classic Shell, but I don't think there's a relation because I have the software in a long time without modifying it. I use it to turn my tool bar transparent.

I've already rebooted my PC but everything stayed the same.
What happens when you right click on some thing?
When I right click it goes into a Classic Shell's special menu.
Safe Mode?
I've never did safe mode on my pc. How could it fix my problem?

Yes. I don't remember doing nothing different when it happened.

Lately no. I haven't installed any new software or something like that.
