Hi guys, I ask you a lot of help because I'm in a big trouble ahah. I try to be as detailed as possible. I have already asked for help on the Microsoft site but I also ask here because maybe you know a good solution...
Keep in mind that I’m not expert with computers and I’m not English native speaker so excuse me for errors of “both” types (computer technology and English grammar).
I have a Packard Bell EasyNote Mfg of 2009 with initially installed Windows Vista Home Premium (I don't know if 32-bit or 64-bit). Over time I updated it to later versions, and in fact before the problem I normally had Windows 10.
Because of a freeze, I have turned off the PC while using it by the main button. Now, on boot, it says:
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have the disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Premising that I DO NOT have the Windows installation disc, and premising that I DO NOT have other Windows but only Macs, here is what I did (and what they advised me to do on the Microsoft support site):
Using an app called “BalenaEtcher” I have transferred the ISO to the USB.
After setting the USB as first in the Boot Order, this is what I get:
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 082)

For Realtek RTL8101E/8102E PCI-E Ethernet Controller v1.06 (080225)
CLIENT MAC ADDR: (Numbers and letters)

My boot order:

1: USB HDD: Kingston (my USB)
2: Internal HDD: Hitachi (and letters and numbers)
3: Internal CD/DVD: HL-DT-ST (and letters and numbers)
4: USB KEY: (empty)
5: USB FDD: (empty)
6: IDE 1: (empty)
7: Legacy Network Card
8: (empty)
Excluded from boot order
(empty):USB CDROM

What do I need to do now? On internet it says that this is an “Internet booting”, but WHY does the Internet Boot start if I have inserted the USB and choose the right boot order?
On the Microsoft website I have been told that it can be a hardware failure...
So I thought to enter recovery factory from boot pressing ALT + F10 (and others F) but nothing happens, I always get the Windows failed to start error! Please help me...
